Payment is accepted through PayPal and takes 3-5 business days from the date it's processed to show up on an account. Please allow up to 8 days for the payment to be credited by PayPal.

Returns or requests for refunds will not be accepted unless artwork is lost or damaged during shipping. Notification of damage together with photographic or other evidence should be sent to jshepelakart@gmail.com within 10 days following delivery to the customer. Instructions for return shipping will be sent as soon as I receive notification of the damage.

Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly from the colors on your computer monitor. Every attempt has been made to represent the image as close to its original color as possible. If you have questions before committing to a purchase, please feel free to contact me through my email.

As with all wall art, when hanging the art, avoid exposure to sunlight which, over time, can affect the original color. Proper situating will allow you to appreciate and enjoy your art for years to come.
